Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Workflowgoods. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for your office supplies and workspace products.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our store's tracking page.

4. APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box Addresses Please note that due to international carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. Additionally, some oversized office items cannot be delivered to standard PO Boxes. We kindly ask you to provide a standard residential or commercial physical address at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Workflowgoods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your surroundings or contact your local carrier. If the issue persists, please contact us within 7 days of the delivered status so we can assist you.
