Shipping & Delivery

Welcome to Workflowgoods. We are dedicated to providing you with the best office supplies and ensuring a smooth delivery process to your workspace. Please review our shipping policies below.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and the specific office products ordered.

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or customs processing.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also track your order directly on our website using the "Track Your Order" page.

4. APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box Addresses (Important) Please note that due to logistical limitations with our international carriers, we currently DO NOT ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. Additionally, some of our larger office products and furniture cannot be delivered to standard PO Boxes. We kindly ask you to provide a standard residential or commercial physical address at checkout to avoid order cancellation.

5. International Shipping & Customs Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Workflowgoods is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the "delivered" status so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
